In the simplest terms you can think of, what is evil to you? Not who, WHAT.
Evil is... when you commit an act you know is wrongful, either by your own morals or others'. Yeah.
The embrace of the self and self-reward, in rejection of both the whole and the consequences of self-focused actions. Also, have an EXCELLENT book on the topic:http://www.amazon.com/Evil-Primer-History-Beelzebub-Laden/dp/0312312814A very well-balanced and self-aware book on the topic, which you'd expect from a good ex-journalist/editor who used to focus on stories about criminal justice and mental health.
So, what were you guys doing six years ago?
Six years ago, to the day, I was making a shitty thread asking old people what they were doing six years ago.
being in highschool/graduating from it
First year of college for me. By this point the first assigment would've been due, so I was probably in the classroom 9-11 hours a day and learning how to power nap on a row of office chairs while there are 20 other people in the room.
Maybe vegetarian isn't the right way to go. I just feel like I need to revitalize my diet and [Caurso]cut out the fat[/Caruso]. Also: By the ancient laws of combat, I accept the challenge of the Captain Raptor's friend.

>>276926Hey, it's the Internet. Most people, if not all, on it want some kind of acknowledgment & validation of their digital existence. Perhaps due to the faux belief of online anonymity?
ITT HALLOWEEN COMES EARLY THIS YEAR!COSTUMES, DECORATIONS, FOOD IDEAS AND MORE GO HERE!My costume suggestions are between Joseph Joestar and Jason Voorhees.
>>276717I would love to get a bunch of people together to be different versions of Aquaman. One of them would have to be Namor.
I wanted so hard to be Dick Tracy, but I haven;t been able to find a bright yellow trench coat or yellow fedora anywhere. If I can't, and don't hae enough time to sew a Two-Face costume, I may just go as a simple-yet-distinctive 70's Romero Zombie. Even if nobody is going to get it.
My sister suggested I do April, as in big yellow jumpsuit TMNT April O'Neil. I nixed that because I have zero sewing skills and there aren't any costumes like that. Plus jumpsuits are ugly.Instead I've decided to do full drag (king). My first step is buying theater quality fake beard hair and spirit gum.
Go Outside.Signed,Pablo
>>276794Yeah, your pace is fine. Slow, long jogs build endurance, and if you want to work on your speed just do short, fast runs separately. Don't go for sprinting straight-out, just set yourself a challenge like, 'lets see how fast I can run fifty yards' or something. It's all cardio exercise, and it'll all burn fat and build muscle for you.Experiment, switch it up a little, and just relax about it. Getting to be a good runner takes a lot of time and it's a slow process. Just get outside and keep yourself moving at whatever pace for whatever distance till you can't go no more, keep doing that and it'll soon start to flow. It's great that you're challenging yourself with the uphill jogs, but make sure and take 'breaks' or whatever with a bit of flat-ground and downhill jogging. You'll be able to go a lot longer, and switching up the pace and stress levels keeps your metabolism up.
>>276797Ok, good. Thanks for the tips. This is a xbox huge park so there's a lot of routes to take that are really uphill, or gradual, etc..I'll experiment. The only thing I'm definitely avoiding is running downhill though, it's pointless and bad for the joints I think.I don't even mind if I don't see physical results for a while because I can measure my progress through how my endurance improves..My friends say biking is better because you develop leg muscles but there's something about running I like more..it's reduced so much stress too. Anyway, thanks again, I feel more confident now about my pace issue.
This whole "use your laptop outside" thing is sheer genius.
