So, I'm sitting here, eating a bag of sweet chilli & sour cream flavored chips. But the flavor of chip I really want is unavailable in Australia, or at least Victoria (see pic). Also want: blue cheese flavor, jalapeño flavor, bacon flavor (actually used to be able to get those here).ITT: flavors of potato chips you wish they sold in your city/state/country/whatever.
There were chips with hummus taste sold around here and now I feel like killing everyone because they got taken out of the program after only half a year. Develop some fucking taste people!
Japan has seasonal pringles. The Honey Roasted Chicken flavor was by far the best flavor ever, and was only sold during December as the Christmas flavor. Smoked salami was pretty good too, though.Really, though, I'm content with kettle cooked sea salt and vinegar chips.
When I was in Ibiza I bought a huge bag of "Country" flavoured crisps. Fuck, they were so delicious! It was stuff like tomato and onion and garlic and maybe ham too. So damn good.
These chips right here will make a grown man cry.

In Thailand there is Classic, Sour Cream & Onion, Cheese & Onion, Mexican Bar-B-Q, Japanese Nori Seaweed. Flavours also come and go usually with an international theme, for example: French Mayonnaise, Balsamic Vinegar and Salt (England), Garlic Soft Shelled Crab (Hong Kong), Soy Sauce, Salmon Terriyaki (Japan), Lobster, Bacon & Cheese (America). Also traditional "Thai" flavors include Tom Yum, Thai Chili Paste, Thai Seafood Dip, Chili and Lime. Popular flavors are often kept in circulation longer.

>>2045I was getting some petrol the other day, and the promotional stand at the local service station was devoid of the other flavours, but the BBQ Coat of Arms had barely been touched. Apparently a lot of people share your disappointment.
I'm interested in trying those new kebab flavoured chips.

>>2086Kettle cooked chips are the shit. They have a brand here called Hardbite. Goddamn. nomnomnomnonmonmonmonmonom
Sabrita's Chile Piquin, as well as those kettle-cooked salt and vinegar ones are the greatest chips known to man.
whenever i visit england i want to take like ten packets home with me.hate belgium.
This makes me sad...Americans are known for being a bunch of fatasses yet our chip flavors are boring compared to the stuff England and everyone else comes up with...
>>2185My German (foreigner visiting) friend is constantly complaining about how bland the food is in the US. Like, apparently all of our shit is flavorless. :(
>>2186We've focused on quantity over quality
>>2186We specifically bred our produce to be larger and tougher and have longer shelf lives. Unfortunately breeding for those traits requires plants to give up all the nice stuff that makes them tasty. If we had all our farms right next to cities instead of hundreds to thousands of miles away and we didn't demand to have produce available out of season, it wouldn't have been necessary.
The only flavor of chip I need is Sour Cream and Cheddar, and it's readily available 'round these parts.
>>1495The burn these have to them wasn't quite the nuclear meltdown I was expecting. More of a "this electric blanket didn't feel so uncomfortably hot last night" sort of burn. Decent flavor, though!
