Everyone thought up this grand theory that Cas had become an amnesiac (Which we got that part right) but that he had also become crazy, and would tend to ramble about demons and such to random people resulting in his to be institutionalized.

There are a few fics out there. but it's mostly art.

Here's something:

There’s a field. He knows that it’s a dream. It’s bright. Everything is so green with random splashes of color. The air is so warm. He doesn’t feel it, but he knows. Was this a memory? That can’t be right. It felt too perfect to really exist. The leaves rustled with the breeze. He knows if he looks up they’ll be a kite ridding the wind.

He listen contently to the sounds of nature and watched the flowers sway. He hadn’t seen flowers in a long time. 6 months now. Real flowers, that is. Standing still he could feel something build inside him. That same something knocked him back. It felt very familiar. There was a bright flare. And everything was whisked away.

He opened his eyes slowly. The ending of the dream was always abrupt. Like falling in place. This wasn’t the first time he had dreamed of this. Of a warm field. The feeling of Spring against his skin. The dim sun light from the small plexi-glass window in his room couldn’t compare.

The man, who’s name had been forgotten, even by himself, rubbed a hand over his face to wipe the sleep away. Another day. Tedious monotony beginning again. Stretching, he sat up. Faintly, he could some kind of commotion in the hall outside his door.

It didn’t sound like the usual. Not like when people refused to take their morning medication. No, this was hushed, yet he could hear the shock in their whispered voices. He got up. He had to see what it was that had finally shattered the pattern. And when he opened the door, for a moment there was a flare of memory. Something strong. No faces. Just an engine roaring to life. Windows rolled down. A smile. A park with a couple of benches in a town that still existed.

And flowers. The hall was covered in flowers. He looked on with a feeling that had no name. The other patients who stood at their doors looked up at him. One by one. They grew quiet watching him. Like they could something no one else could. They looked so happy for him…

The man knelt down, and picked a flower. It was warm. As if it had just been in a patch of sun. It made him smile. Nodding to the others, he turned, and walked back into his room.

The last thing Dean expected was for his brother to ask him how to kiss a girl. He was almost 16, he should really know this by now. But here he was. Eyes lowered, looking a little embarrassed.

“Alright, fine, but we are ever speaking of it again, you understand?” Sam stands up straighter and nods. “Sit on the bed,” Dean says

Sitting down, Sam looks up at him, eyes eager.

“So, you want to make her comfortable, first off,” Dean starts, sitting next to Sam, angling his body so they are facing each other, “And then you just, go for it. Come on, you've seen movies. You know how it goes."

"Yeah, but I've never actually done it before. Kissing, I mean." Sam shiftes uncomfortably for a moment. “Show me," He finally says.

“What’s there to show?” Dean replies lamely. "You just sorta lean in when the time is right, and-"

Sam sways slighty, catching Dean's lips in a soft kiss. The older Winchester's mind scrambles as they move against each other slowly. It wasn't...bad. Sam, trying to get his bearings, rests a hand on Dean’s thigh, leaning in a bit closer. Dean feels heat creep up his neck.

He teases Sam's mouth open, his free hand reaching up behind Sam’s neck, pulling him closer. The kiss going from light and experimental to something much deeper. Tongues sliding together, they unconsciously move even closer still, their hips pressing together as their mouths glide against the other's. When a small sigh rises from Sam’s throat, Dean pulls back.

His eyes widen, hand dropping from where it rested beneath Sam's hair line. His little brother just looks up at him, a silent breath leaving his slick pink lips.

“So that’s all there is to it,” Dean says, his voice a tad rougher than he intended, “Excuse me.” He shuffles out of the room in a hurry, trying to hide where he's already half hard. *That wasn't normal.*, Dean thought to himself, his back falling to rest against the closed bathroom door. *This isn't normal* He curses, before sliding a hand around his flush cock.
