Hard to judge, but I'd say that--because this is such a slow board, and it's usually quite fandom-based--kink-based threads might just bump other threads off, and might not even fill.

I just always use a kind of rule of thumb: post in Request to see if there's other people with content. If there seems to be enough; go ahead with a new thread.
